Order processing times 

Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. 

Shipping times 

We ship from our warehouse located here in Illinois, United States. We currently ship to addresses that are in the USA. We plan on expanding to new countries as we scale up. 

• Orders shipped within the United States will arrive in 3-5 business days if not sooner. 

Shipping cost

Orders shipping to a United States address with an order value of $99.00 or more before taxes will be granted free shipping. 

 

We provide real-time tracking information on all orders. If your order does NOT arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at hardheadedusa@gmail.com. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your time frame for refunds and exchanges. If your order arrives damaged please email pictures of your items and send them to Hardheadedusa@gmail.com or through our direct message inbox on our social media channels.
